then as many squat cleans for the remaining
min. Continue until 100 squat cleans are reached.

this one is a killer...we capped it at 30 min.
as Rx'd
5 burpees, 115# squat clean
150 burpees + 86 squat cleans in 30 min
the effort todday was awesome...after thinking about it, this one could have been "gamed" to finish in 30 min. 5 burpees + 3-4 squat cleans per min. would have done it.
I shot out of the gate strong with 10 reps on the first round, then had a couple of double zeros in the mix...probably needed another 6 min to complete the 100 squat cleans
this one sucked!! i don't care what you say!
