I had a slight twist on this one...I had the 10 am group do a 400 M run to determine if they started with 100 squats or 80 squats what determined it was if I caught them or not I gave the girls about a 200 ft. head start and the guys a 100ft.
I did catch a few, but in good spirit everyone started with 100 squats.
My time on this one starting w/ 100 squats & MU's 14:38 I've done this one before so I'm not sure if its a PR
