always fun to hand yourself your own arse...This was tough, everything I stink at.

I did go a little heavy than Rx'd for the squat clean, as 135# has been my nemisis for a couple of months, so I got you, 135# Squat Clean.

The ring assist handstand push up is a little easier than against a wall, but harder than off of a box. FYI I thought my eyes were going to pop out.

Also did 300 singles at the end instead of 100 double unders
