Row, 500 m
Walking lunges, 40 steps
Sit- ups, 30 reps
push-ups, 20 reps
Shoulder press, 10 reps

I realized today that my math skills have gotten worse (maybe that's my trade off for getting stronger) anyway the pull up challenge ends on Sunday not Saturday, oops!
Although I've improved my pullups and muscle ups as a result I'm ready for it to end.
today a new PR...12 consecutive MU's (as a substitution for the pull-ups)
