for time complete the following:

Over Head Squat, total reps equal 20 times your body weight

example: body weight = 220
bw x 20 = 4400#

OHS options: 45# OHS x 97 reps, or
65# OHS x 67 reps, or
95# OHS x 46 reps

Get the idea? This should be "fun"

OHS are not my thing...managed 51 reps of 65# OHS in 4:32 for a total weight of 3,320#.

Kudos to Kyle for pushing 115# for 35 reps & for almost making the 5x muscleup list (tomorrow for sure)

good thing the 50 day pullup challenge is almost over. I went with 47 dead hangs today to change it up. I must be fatigued. before all of this I could do 15 weighted dead hangs with 15#. today only 19 consecutive with no weight...
