so the high noon crew and myself opted to try something different and come up with a group WOD, where everyone participates in the development...This is what we came up with

8 rounds of:

1 MU (3 modified MU's)
3 HSPU
400 M run
15 push-ups

Not terribly tough, but took a long time.
