oh man my arms are cooked...So this is what happens when I catch some gym"nice"tics on TV. FYI it was Stamford and three other schools & I watched a guy flip twice while dismounting from the rings, oh he didn't make it and landed hard on his head/side. ouch !
so as Rx'd. the l-sit dips were basically "legs out in front" they were straight but not close to 90 deg. dead hangs were tough after the second round & I had to go to singles & doubles
