w/u cfwu x 2 (pullups, dips, KTE, HSPU’s, back ext. squats)

then snatch work:

2 x berg w/u

Hang power snatches: 65x5, 85x3, 95x3, 115x3, 135x3
w/ Handstand practice between each set and 1 min jump rope
