A slight modification to today's WOD given the attendees at the noon session...in any case it went like this:

AMRAP 20 min

ring pull up, 10 rep
front squat 135#, 10 rep

I will be attempting this before the evening sessions, so far the rounds to beat is 9 + 5 squats.

Good job to today's crew...good luck to thos choosing to give it a shot
