PR'd on lastg nights PU ladder. good showing by all.
At the noon we had Jason, Gary & myself...pretty tough considering I stink at both exercises. This is my first WOD with double-unders.
We decided to go with power cleans
I went with 95# C&J Time: 18.41
The double unders took forever. Good luck on this one
