Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Back Squat, 1 rep
Dead Lift, 1 rep
ramp up to the 1 rep max weight for each lift. Add the 1 rep max for each lift to calculate the CF total.

lifting heavy stuff is always fun... the last time I did the CFT was on 7/28/08 and did the following:
shoulder press: 95#
Back squat: 275# (I don't think this was all the way down)
Dead Lift: 365#
Total: 735
Today's CFT as follows:
Shoulder press: 135#
Back Squat: 255#
Dead Lift 415#
Total: 805
So in true Crossfit fashion, yes a PR, but exposed a weakness in my back squat. So it's back to work on my squats
I thought the others would have posted their results as everyone had a P.R.
