If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

The last time I did 30 MU's for time was back on 080512 and could only do singles with a time of 15:46

I was shooting for 6 sets of 5 MU's per minute, but got carried away with the first only taking 20 seconds...in any case the last 7 were the worst and took longer than the first 23.
