The seminar was awesome...not exactly as described, but very informative. We may be incorporating some new things learned...stay tuned. I need to find a 100' rope. Also tried jump rope with a actual piece of 1.5" rope. Double unders are nothing compared to singles with this. Of course I tried (and had others try) double unders with the rope...not possible, the momentum of the rope nearly flipped me over.
