I second that! This was a rough one, especially after yesterday's
anyway as rx'd

135# power clean & dips

This was an interesting one as I went after both "High Noon" groups and really couldn't decide on how much to scale it back. My 1 rep. clean is 160#(this should be higher NOW), I probably could have gone 145# , but even with the 135# my form started to go to shit, the dips saved my time...anyway like I said an interesting one
