hang clean,
shoulder press (push press),
overhead squat,
back squat,
shoulder press(push press)
repeat the above sequence 7 times before placing the barbell on the floor. Repeat cycle five more times increasing the weight each time.

Slight modification for today...Cindy prescribed the following and it looked pretty good.
3 rounds of:
20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit- ups
50 squats
my time: 16:17
that's barbara out to 5 rounds and a 3 minute break between rounds. yeah your right it does look good!
