so in preperation for the qualifier...I did the following as Rx'd
AMRAP 20 min
400M row
max pull ups

Results: I apologize for my record keeping/memory has gone to poop. Anyway,
Round 1= 24 pullups (pr)
total rounds = ?
Total pullups = 79

I had a few 8's but most were 10 or 12 pullups...my grip failed before anything, it was tough holding on to the rower handle.
