hey Don...no worries it wasn't a math error I just didn't remember what I scored. I checked my score sheet today and I scored a 260...So I too go beat by a few people Brandon & Jimmy for sure, not sure about anyone else. That false start didn't help either.

So I modified and scaled today's WOD. Based on my Saturday's performance, I'm still getting back into it. Anyway, it went like this:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of
Dead lift, 215#
hang clean, 95#
push press, 95#

Time: 18:22

yeah, i beat rusty too!!

just for the record I was also Jim's counter and I anchored his sit-ups. unfair, maybe?

hey B., it is what it is...We had a faulty stop watch or something, but for whatever reason after squeezing out 10 push presses I had to start over...bummer but I am working on my weak link, the shoulders. Weird how MU's don't bother them, it's the presses & thrusters.

well "pulling" or "rowing" the body will only invole shoulder joint stablization via trapezius and rear deltoid. "pushing" or "pressing" will engage all of shoulder complex and scapular involvement which will lend to rhomboid and some upper back. so while muscle-ups don't get in the way, it easy to see them as something that doesn't hinder.
