Rest day yesterday, "Lynne” today,

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press 205#
Pull-ups

Bench - 11- 10- 8- 7- 5 / 41 (+1)
Pullups - 10- 10- 9- 6- 7 / 42 (-3)

and rolling with the high noon club tomorrow.

Hey guys...good show.
tomorrow's "High Noon" session will be awesome. With the return of our out of town guests and the normal crew, I'll have to get creative, so you know the workout will be good.
