"Chelsea"
1 round every minute for 30 minutes of the following:

pull-ups, 5
push-ups, 10
air squats, 15

The "High Noon" crew had a little modification to the WOD. it was as follows:
AMRAP 20 min of:
burpee box jumps, 5 reps
pull-ups, 10 reps
situps, 15 reps

Rey lead the pack with 12 rounds + 5 burpee box jumps & 10 pull-ups
1 more for Rey.
Maybe we'll do some rowing & snatches tomorrow to slow Rey down.

Another excellent WOD, I actually liked the Burpee box jumps. Kate enjoyed herself, thankyou Rusty and Cindy. Rey's my Rabbit keeps me pushing harder.
