Hey fellas & gals !

I gave this one a shot...100% skill that made it tough my HSPU absolutely stink basically I did all partials, I assume these need to be head to floor & I'm not there yet

anyway:
AMRAP 20 min of:
MU, 2 reps
HSPU, 4 reps
kb swing 2pood, 8 reps
(I used two 35#)

9 rounds + 2 MU's
