WOD:
From HQ, this looks too fun to pass on

Five rounds for time of:
25 Inverted Burpees
25 Pull-ups
25 Burpees

The Inverted Burpee: starting supine, kip (or sit-up and roll) to standing, kick-up to handstand. This burpee derivative involves similar amounts of work and greater skill than the traditional burpee.

forgot to mention, on the board we have started a list for 'turkey trot run' on thanksgiving. it is at 7 am downtown. sign the board, come join us. we have 3 so far.....

Usually my whole family runs the TT So that will be an extra 3-4 on the board. I should be doing this WOD Wednesday.
