today will more than likely be a day of "rolling" WODs
we have bumpers, rings, pullup bars, kettlebells, rowers, open area, and of course huge tires.
expect any combos...don't worry of your fitness or experience level it will for sure be a blast.

Hello guys,
First, let me thank you for allowing me to participate in a workout today (even though it was in jeans!). Also, thank you so much for involving my son Cole, he absolutely LOVED it! You will be seeing us again very soon.

5 rounds for time of:
135#/95# dead lift, 15 reps
Overhead med ball run, 15# / 400M approx.
15 pledge (chest slap) pushups, 15 reps.

Group two was the ringer group...all but two are L1 cert. trainers.

Hey big thanks go out to all who support what we are doing! Thank yo all for coming out and sharing the morning with us. I had fun, I hope you did as well. I met some really interesting and great folks. Look forward to seeing you all again very soon!

I can't wait to see Matts' pictures he took. They gotta be great.
Rusty are we heading south next weekend? Tai had said to visit. Just wanted to see.
