! Happy Halloween !

While blind folded or in the dark perform the following:

3 rounds for time of :

Dead lift 185#, 10 reps (use tape to mark your hand position so you can "feel" where they go)
push-ups, 15 reps
sit-ups, 20 reps

* if you have a Halloween costume put that on too

I took the blind fold idea from Mark Twight...I too took a rest day after doing GHD situps my abs are tight in weird places...I did take a client through it and he seemed to find it interesting, it really solidifies the idea of constantly varied...be on the lookout for "one shoe on one shoe off" workouts...Rusty
