Since I did squats with a bodybar yesterday, I modified the workout today:

400m rotating with crunches, side bends and lower ab crunches

I completed six rotations in around 21 minutes.

Also, practiced vertical jump for upcoming fitness test - I'm about
2" over my minimum needed (a 1-1/2 inch increase in approx. a month).

Gordo...great to see you finally posting. I am changing tomorrow's WOD to see if we can get a little more "umph" out of a vertical leap.
