as a matter of fact i do love those doors! now i have a second picture on crossfit. yesterday i was on the affiliate page for the cert, and today my license plate is on the homepage. this is great. i love it. wod later today. b.

I only got 14 minutes completed.
Woo for the building. We are so close now guys!!!
did something different however i think the outcome would have still been the same either way
went with:
120 pull-ups
120 dips
For time. Time: 25:29.
Really sucked suffered a major tear on left hand. Just days from level I, sucks. Oh well, later. b.
