Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75lbs
Push Press 75lbs
Row (Calories)

1 minute at each station, score each repetition or calorie as a point rest 1 minute . Repeat 2 more times for a total of three rounds. Post total score to comments.

hey all, I'm back from reality...yeah this day job stuff is killing my CrossFit"ness"...So to get back into the swing of things I did the following:

pullups
Time: 11:52
Yeah,not a great time, but all things considered, I felt pretty good, hopefully I can get a few more workouts before heading out to NJ for stint #2
