again with a different w.o.d. can't seem to commit weekly to yorks' postings. i don't know the cause. here is what i did instead.

as rx'd

1.5 x bw
Deadlift 30 reps
For time
Time: 9:29
THEN
Push-ups reps on the minute
ex. 1 for min. 1; 2 for min. 2; 3 for min. 3; etc.
made it to the 17th minute however failed at rep 16. happened to be the close of the minute as well.
so total reps for that:
152

last w.o.d. for the week taking 2 rest days before my running/endurance cert. have a great week, come out saturday to the park for some fun, and i will see you all next week some time. later. b.

sorry my weight for the deadlift was 315#, sorry about that.

You inspired me to do Grace again. It's been awhile since I timed it and I've done A LOT of O-Lifting since then. 3:20 as Rx'd 1:30 off my last time.
