felt good, felt focused. i think what i mentioned yesterday did have an effect on me. i think i definitely made up for it today.

I did the main site WOD Grace, too.

Mine was 12:38....slow running, I guess. I kept moving throughout the workout, no rest needed.

I miss not having rings and a rower... Can't wait to get to a facility that'll have that stuff.

I hear one's opening up soon! :)
