good morning errraahhh, i mean good afternoon. didn't have a rower, so out this workout is.....
my own:
as rx'd
1 pood push jerk r/s 10 reps
1 pood push jerk l/s 10 reps
pull-ups 10 reps
max rounds in 20 mins.
rounds complete:
8 + 5 p.j. on right side
Nothing crazy today.

I'm headed into the cave now to do this...yeah its a late one. I'm fearing the 15 MUs
