deadlift 3-3-3-3-3
push press 3-3-3-3-3
f. squat 3-3-3-3-3
225-295-345-370-375
115-125-135-150-160(2 reps)
150-165-180-190-200
felt strong for the most part with all three lifts. 405 here i come!
Hey everyone!!! If you had $15,000.00+ to waste on anything how high on that list would a Body Pump studio be? just a thought, I know of a place where that is more important than an $80.00 set of rings...sorry it's funny to me.
So my WOD results:
dead lift- 225-295-315-325-330
I tried to maintain goog form & switched to the mixed grip @ 330. I felt like I could have done more.
Push press- 115-125-135-145-155
front squat- 135-155-175-195-205(1)
OK...I did it as Rx's...less than half the weights you big guys did...I'm leaving it at that....
"the little guy"
the little guy, huh. that's funny. the fact that we grow stronger is what matters most!
