Yup, I too had to go with another chic as I couldn't come up with a suitable substitution for the OHS.

So "Jackie" it was

45# truster, 50 reps
ring pull-ups, 30 reps

Time: 9:50
I imagine this is time will get crushed the second time around

it calls for regular pull-ups, but i did this in rustys' garage. rings is all we had.
