Exercise - Welcome To America Demotivational Poster

Happy Labor Day!!!


In honor of this picture.

Find a hill, the steeper the better do as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
Run the hill and back down
At the bottom of the hill 15 Burpees

Repeat the effort 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds, rest a minute between efforts.

I think I was the neighborhood entertainment for this WOD...they got a kick out of the burpees. Two neighborhood kids joined me...

we live on a steep hill, so it was perfect.

Scaled to 8 Burpees each run.
#1 Three rounds
#2 Two rounds
#3 One round

i didn't do the workout exactly but i did do burpees!

10 sandbag(25#) lunges right side
10 sandbag(25#) burpee/thruster
Max rounds in 20 minutes
Rounds completed: 7 + 10 lunges on each side.

Awesome Red..hope it was fun my WOD for the day looked more like As many rounds as possible in 24 hours of eat 2 hot dogs, drink a soda. I did good lol.
