While wearing a 20lb vest for the entire workout
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Thrusters 135lbs
10 Pullups
If you don't have a vest wear a backpack full of books, rocks, or whatever you can find.

hey checked out the picture from the cert on the homepage. i saw cindys' mug just over and behind a shoulder. however where the hell was ron? did he attend? well, congratulations on making it through!
