This WOD is one I've wanted to do for a while...I think I just like the name. I also like "Fight Gone Bad".
hhhmmm there could be a "nasty girls fight gone bad" in the works, stay tuned.
Sounds great....just watched the video on the main site and can't wait until tomorrow morning to try it out.
I did this one as Rx'd...the clean was tough I had to do the lift from below the knee. I couldn't get enough power from above.
The MUs felt really good. I started to brake them down during the 2nd round b/c I knew the cleans were going to be tough.

The clean really slowed me down. Dang cleans !
well i did this one w/ rusty. i however had to do jumping muscle ups in place of the 'real thing.' it was still very demanding to jump after having done 50 squats.
as rx'd(modified slightly)
50 squats
7 muscle ups (jumping)
10 135# hang clean
3 rounds for time.
time: 10:50
I warmed up by doing 100 revolutions of jump rope. I had to modify a bit since the Y doesn't have rings I did 21 dips for each set of mu's. And on the cleans I used 95# instead of 135 due to a bit of tendonitis in the r bicep. I cashed out by doing another 100 revolutions of jump rope...high knees.

Senior...we ALL feel your "pain" funny how difficult it is to find a set of rings in the sea of high dollar globo gyms in the area. Although I did spy a set in that kids play area at the York Galleria Mall. Don't worry, GOOD NEWS is literally just around the corner. We've busted through a few of the initial road blocks & our new home is in sight.
