thanks, Brandon...a little nervous about the cert...I don't feel at my peak like I was a couple of weeks ago.

Enjoy Saturday.

Row 5K

An abysmal 24:34!

I've run a 5k faster than that...I suk!!

I did jump on a stationary bike afterwards an rode for 2 miles in an attempt to make myself feel better.
I still suk tho!

Awesome! I'm happy that someone else gave the row a shot...to all you other suckas out there get on it! Rowing really is the real deal I have done a 5K run and I think it was around 21:?? something, I seem to not have it written down anyway today's 5 K row I did it in 21:15 with a setting of 6 so about the same as running. FYI before today the furthest I've ever rowed was 1000m.

unless your built for it like me, my last attempt at rowing brought me 2000m.

my time 7:02. besides, i thought you were resting today, that 4 on now for you, right?
do you really need me to do it?
i think i got my plan for saturday!

red,
it's not about being at your best to attend. it's about going to learn how to become the best. too much emphasis on that and you'll lose your focus on the materials at hand. relax, settle down. enjoy the experience! then come back home and apply what you were fed. bet you'll be amazed at your progress then.

i was just informed that a possibility of inclement weather may interfere with our 'walk in the park.'

IF IT IS NOT LIGHTNING OR THUNDERING, WE WILL HAVE A WORKOUT!!

i am not afraid of getting wet. i hope you are not either. rusty is posting my cell number in the reminder email. call with any questions or concerns. b.

yeah...rowing is not a little guy thing, B. you probably pull the chain all the way out and still have more to go...
