The beauty of doing a W/O for the first time is that it will be a PR... with that said this was tough one for me considering I've never done a "heavy thruster" and I went second. so psychologically I was doomed. I managed 5 rounds in 17:00 as Rx'd, I should have pushed for 1 more round, but my brain quit on me...bummer
Good job B.
yeah, i on the other hand have a little experience with heavy thrusters. i'm glad rusty pushed me to knock out the last few pull-ups even though i ran over.
as rx'd
115# thruster 10 reps
10# pull-up 10 reps
max rounds in 20 minutes
rounds completed 7 in 20:08
now mentally this won't seem so daunting, and you'll surely kick some a$$!!
5 rds + 10 thrusters/7 p/u
95 lb thrusters
body weight p/u
