More slogging through this Bulgarian program. My joints hurt my hands are ripped, but lifts that used to be hrrd are coming up easy now. Competition is less than 4 weeks away. I think I'll bang out a short metcon today maybe Helen. Rusty today's WOD would break my legs for lifting.

I'm going to give this one a shot later today. I've never done 2 monos. I'm not sure what is going to hurt more the cardio or legs. I guess we'll find out soon.

i have bootcamp to instruct, so we are running. and running. with sand of course! not sure how far we may go, but it will not be far enough for me. for them it will be too far. tomorrow i'll get mono.
planning on a 10k. need to see what kind of time i can produce. hoping for sub 40. we'll see. good luck to all who do this. jordan good time on helen, real good.

Ok so no takers on the mono & mono...time got me today and I couldn't get to it either. I'll do this tomorrow. I'm make Cindy do this too since we have two rowers at the house...later fellas !
