Wow man...that's a cool WOD. I thought my idea for tabata kb swings, box jumps, wallballs, and burpees was cool, but I'm definitely going to have to try this one.

Weighted MU's? L-sit MU's? I'd say someone is obsessed with MU's. Can't say that I blame you though - I wanna do a million of 'em now too...

Hey Tai...well then my WOD #2 for today was max weight consecutive Mu's. So here is how it went:

7 Mu's 0#
3 Mu's +10#
2 Mu's +15#
1 MU's + 20#
1 L-sit MU 0#
3 L-sit MU 0#

I did these during prime time @ the Globo...weird having all of those meat heads eye balling me.

I was doing Elizabeth last week, and a trainer friend of mine (known around here for being an awesome athlete) asked if he could try some ring dips. Now, this guy is 1000 times bigger and stronger than me, but he couldn't do one because of the wobbling, and he wasn't even going to 90 degrees in the elbow. He asked about a MU, so of course I had to show him one. When he tried it he did a pullup almost to his chin. I actually felt a little bad for him. But then I did Elizabeth in in about 11:00, and felt good knowing that my workout could beat up his workout.
