Tuesday

weighted pull-up, 4 rep
weighted dip, 4 rep
(perform on rings if available)
or
weighted muscle-up, 1 rep

using the same weight, do 4 pull-ups then 4 dips (or 1 MU), increase weight until max weight is achieved (failure), no time restriction

had a restricted schedule this morning so I wasn't trying to max out weight with those fabulous exercises. i need practice everywhere.
so i chose 'cindy' today. not my best showing either. resting definitely tomorrow.

15 squats
max rounds in 20 minutes
15 full rounds +
5 pull-up; 10 push-ups; & 14 squats wtf!!!!!!
almost tied my pr, almost.
although the last time i did cindy i only managed 14 full rounds. so whatever that means. overanalyze it and tell me what it means, please. later. b.

I don't know B...I think you need to practice your MU's more. In fact, go practice right now. I'll wait...
