any word yet on the 'walk in the park?' felt good to rest today, i mean i feel mentally like i could have a go at something, but......

how was the vacay rusty? find any sand burpees on this trip? probably they are bad this time of year. how did the affiliate visit(s) go?

guess no one ventured into this w.o.d., seems pretty demanding. well until tomorrow.
