Last training day for our horrible Bulgarian cycle from the Peformance Menu WODs. It's been tough, but I get to rest tomorrow and max on saturday. Then it's back to Crossfit!!! If only for a little. The USAW's York Open is coming up soon at the end of September. Anyone looking to compete or polish up on their O-lifting give me a holler.
well finally got the max bench workout out of the way....
attempted and got through to round four with 190# managed 2 reps and round 5 the same result. good news is almost my bodyweight in that exercise.
practiced the clean and clean and jerk with Tony. managed to clean and jerk 135# about 5 times, that's a first. increased load to 155# did about 4 cleans total and managed one c & j with that weight. that is the most weight i have ever put up over my head. it was a good day.
