today felt good to take a rest, did it ever. i guess no one was brave enough to go after this w.o.d.? i wonder why.
anyone thinking of the mid-atlantic hopper challenge?
Hey I just finished this one. I did it as rx'd except for the SDLHP, I went with 70# (35#kb x 2). Be careful on the box jumps, there's a lot of them.

Hey B. I'm feeling a heaving bench day tomorrow...
Ok....I did the work out and since I'm just getting back into regularly working out...I have to say I'm a bit ashamed of my time. Need to get back up to speed FAST in time for the certification in August...wish me luck!!!

i'm always game. i think tomorrow should be clean & jerk 115# max reps in 15 minutes.
i gave that one to a client a little while back, managed 54 reps!
