time finished 15:24.
going to 6 flags today, any rides i should hit? never been there before. again good luck.

Great turn out and everyone did an awesome job...I was really hoping for the rain to come...anyway, the workout was a tag team effort of the following:

using a 10#-20# med ball,
3 rounds of:
2 hand overhead toss (400 meters)
2 hand reverse overhead toss (400 meters)
alternating side throws (400 meters)
10#-20# med ball

I hope to see everyone again next Saturday...
