135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps

had to sub 125# for all exercises, but i loved the workout! looking for sub 30, got 32:39. at least i beat him, gotta keep that streak alive.

also completed my first barbell turkish get-ups and modified/jumping bar muscle-ups. progress.
