I finally figured out how to do multiple ring exercises with one set of rings...so my reward is a bit of pain. This is probably as close as it gets to, dare I say, "isolation" exercises because the muscles used for pushups and dips are almost the same. Anyway,
my results:
8 rounds as Rx'd in 19:34
80 pushups/80 ring dips

8 rounds in 13.34 BUT my pushups and pull-ups were modified.
Rings are the devil. That is all I have to say.
Yeah the "shakes" DO go away eventually
FWIW my abs are really sore. Ring push-ups the new ab craze? I think so!
