CrossFit York WOD:
"Lynne"

5 rounds of the following (no time limit):
Body weight bench press, max reps
pull ups, max reps (hands letting go of bar ends round)

Skill work: L-sit, 5 rounds holding for max time, 1 minute rest between rounds

alright so who is afraid to post their numbers.......well seeing as how the total was done yesterday. i am going to go with some metcon action. i'm stuck in bel-air for this w.o.d. and helen isn't good here. so i think this is going to be the runrun w.o.d.
as rx'd:
5 rounds for time of:
350# tire flip 4 reps
tire/box jumps 8 reps
65# thruster 12 reps

what do you guys think? oh yeah, i'm going to be doing this outside, ugh, hope i don't pass out. will post time after. later.

well yesterday i didn't have a spotter for the bench. i could have gone with the pull-ups though. i do love them. but that gym sucks for pull-ups, not adequate enough. i'll get the bench done soon enough.
