This has come up twice this month and I think once last month...I think we should do it too. I've never this, I have done max efforts on each just not all in the same w/o so this will be interesting.

ok so my first CFT
Shoulder press: 95# x1
Back Squat: 275# x 1
Dead Lift: 365 # x1
Total= 735, a solid "intermediate" for a male weighing 165# (I weigh 160#)

SP is a little weak considering I've maxed 115# x 2, I seem to have shoulder issues right now

bummer! I need to add about 171# to attain "Advanced"...ouch!

ran the the CFT with Rusty this morning.
Shoulder Press: 120#
Back Squat: 255#
Deadlift: 385#

Total= 760#, I thought that to be pretty good for my first 'total.' Plus that deadlift weight is now a pr. So I'm satisfied.
