3 muscle ups (12 dips + 12 pullups)
10 situps
15 air squats

some assistance on the pull-ups/dips machine.

no I'm getting a late start on this one...it's 9:30 I'm heading to the "cave" to give it a shot. I'll post shortly

ok, so I almost have the whole "constantly varied" thing covered...so far I've worked out full stomach, empty stomach, coffee right before (this was bad),early morning, late morning, afternoon, hot as sh*t, and now late evening...I think the next one is a workout in the middle of a meal. Anyway here are the results:

As Rx
3 MU (didn't break down to singles until the last 3 rounds)
10 situps
15 squats

11 rounds in 19:00.
