95 pound Overhead squats
Burpees

I wasn't planning on working out today but after reading about who it's named after this one seems like it should be done.

i did a w.o.d. that rusty and i did back on 080519. it was c & j 95# and 400m run. however back when we did it i forgot to write what the rep number was for the c & j. so today i did 15 reps.

as rx'd
95# clean and jerk 15 reps
400m run
Max rounds in 20 minutes
rounds complete 4
core
bridge push-ups
wall hip extensions
weighted soles together sit-ups

Super, super sore, the O-Lifting is definately taking it's toll on me. It doesn't help I'm trying to ge my name all over the Crossfit record wall down in balitmore either. Can't wait till we have our own wall.
