going to do an hour of Karate tonight... tweeked my shoulder the other day doing the 35#x2 thrusters/burpees so I have been taking it easy this week...

i think red could have done more this morning i saw him and he looked just fine to me :)

just to let you guys know what kind of firebreathers i'm making here in bel-air. my client today of only once a week with me and emailed personalized workouts knocked "fran" into the ground today. his time was 6:35.
that's better than me! wtf!!
nah i'm proud, so if we do have games i'm bringing my own heat. runrun cff!!
